Informativa sul traffico degli autoveicoli di trasporto di dimensioni e peso eccessivi

In conformità alle direttive comunitarie le stazioni di misura degli autoveicoli di trasporto sono state trasferite dai valichi di frontiera Schengen, di conseguenza sono state create le cosiddette stazioni di misura interne.

Qualora nel corso delle misurazioni effettuate presso tali stazioni si verifichi che il veicolo è di dimensione o di peso eccessivo, l’Ente per la Gestione delle Strade (Magyar Kozut Zrt) prepara un verbale sui chilometri percorsi in territorio ungherese e lo invia all’Autorità competente che imporrà una multa amministrativa per la circolazione effettuata senza permesso. La stazione di misura provvede al rilascio del permesso per il restante percorso da effettuare in territorio magiaro. Solo con tale permesso il conducente dell’automezzo può continuare il viaggio.

Al fine di evitare l’applicazione di sanzioni per la circolazione “non consentita” di veicoli di dimensione o di peso eccesivo, SI CONSIGLIA DI RICHIEDERE ANTICIPATAMENTE IL PERMESSO.

I permessi possono essere richiesti: a) online (attualmente disponibile solo in lingua ungherese, però in futuro sarà creata anche la versione tedesca ed inglese dello stesso sito); b) oppure presso l’Ufficio centrale della Kozut compilando l’apposito modulo in lingua ungherese; c) attraverso spedizionieri autorizzati; d) alle stazioni di misura di confine per

Please find below some basic information on route authorization on Hungarian public roads.

In accordance with the regulation, the vehicle is required to have a route permit if any of its dimension exceeds the following specifications:

Length: 16,5m(depending on the type of vehicle)

Width: 2,6m

Height: 4,00m

Total weight: 40t (Including the loads)

Axle weight: 11,5t (Including the loads)

The route permit can be obtained at the border station on the spot when the vehicle wishes to enter Hungary or at our head office on the basis of completed application form requested in advance. This only refers to one transit route permit.

To issue a route permit at the border, the dimensions of the vehicle cannot exceed the following specifications:

Length: 22,49m

Width: 3,19m

Height: 4,29m

Total weight: 47,99t (Including the loads)

Axle weight: 13t (Including the loads and depending on the type of axle)

Above these dimensions, the route permit must be issued by the head office. To obtain a route permit from our head office, an application form has to be completed. The only official language to put in this application form is Hungarian, so be advised to consult a forwarding agency.

When an application form has been completed, it should be sent by post to the address below or by email to the following email address: info@kozut.hu. When a form is accepted, we shall send our client the bank details where the calculated amount should be transferred.

In order to provide our clients with the fee to cover, we need to know the precise dimensions – especially weights - of the vehicle and the route the vehicle wishes to take.

It is also available to have a route permit for a certain period of time (one day, one week, 1, 3, 6, 12 months). This permit can be issued to foreign vehicles not exceeding the following specifications:

Length : 25,99m

Width: 3,49m

Height: 4,49m

Total weight: 40t (Including the loads)

This type of route permit is valid for all Hungarian roads.

For each permission you have to send the traffic license too.

1.Rendszám: number plate Truck + Trailer

Fajta: Kind of the truck and the trailer. for example trailer or semi-tralier

Tengelyek száma: number of axles

Saját tömeg: own weight. (witout load)

4. Üzembentartó: owner of the truck (company name, address tax number need!)

8. Érvényesség kezdete: the starting date of the permition

15. Időszakos: long time period (you have to sign 12 havi )
